The APC40 was designed in direct collaboration with Ableton and remains one of the most purpose-built hardware controllers ever made for Live. The 40-button clip launch matrix gives you direct access to an 8x5 grid of clips, with dedicated track and scene launch controls and comprehensive session view navigation. Eight 360-degree rotary encoders with LED rings handle device control and pan, eight 45mm channel faders and a master fader manage levels, and dedicated send A/B/C knobs sit above each channel strip. Track activator, solo, record arm, and crossfader assignment buttons round out a full mixing surface. Eight assignable buttons and a bank of dedicated transport and navigation controls cover the rest of the workflow without reaching for a mouse. Solid metal construction, class-compliant USB MIDI, bus-powered. The APC40 set the template for session-focused controllers and still holds up as a complete, highly functional Live surface.
This unit is in excellent condition and fully functional throughout. This listing includes a Decksaver, a custom-molded plastic cover that fits just the APC40.
