The MD504 is a A-style oval-hole mandolin with a hand-carved solid spruce top and solid maple back and sides, built the traditional way in Eastman's workshop. It has the warm, woody tone and easy playability Eastman mandolins are known for. Gloss finished and a step up in tone and projection, it's a great all-around mandolin.
