Used in great shape! This is one of the higher end of Deering's value banjos; one that embodies their vision of making the best banjo for the value, and they aren't far off! This banjo plays and sounds great, and if you're a regular banjo player looking for an upgrade, this is a solid one.
It is very clean cosmetically, and nearly no sign of prior use! There may be a couple scratches that do not appear in the photos. Set up in our shop by our talented techs; ready for a new home!

The familiar rich dark brown stain, planetary tuning pegs and the addition of 5th string spikes at frets 7, 9, 10 for alternate tunings allows this light weight maple banjo to exceed the features customers wanted and needed. The violin-grade maple rim is made of the same wood used on the professional level Deering models and gives the Goodtime banjo a rich, full, round note distinction.
