This specific model features a lightweight Alder body finished in a classic Sonic Blue, delivering a resonant, balanced tone that serves as the perfect foundation for any genre. Unlike more modern variations, this "slab" body maintains its traditional lines with no arm cut, staying true to the iconic 1950s T-style silhouette.
The neck is a standout feature, carved from Tinted Maple with an East Indian Rosewood fingerboard. It utilizes Suhr’s popular 60's C Vintage Medium profile ($0.830"–0.950"$), providing a substantial yet comfortable grip that fills the hand perfectly. For effortless playability, the fingerboard features a 9"–12" compound radius and heavy stainless steel frets, which offer a lightning-fast feel and will virtually never show wear.
Electronically, this guitar is equipped with Suhr's proprietary SSCII (Silent Single Coil) system. This innovative, transparent circuit reduces 60-cycle hum without the use of batteries or changing the authentic single-coil tone. Combined with the Classic T bridge and chrome neck pickups, you get all the twang, bite, and warmth of a vintage instrument with none of the noise.
This guitar is in excellent condition, showing only minor signs of play. It has been professionally inspected to ensure the electronics are silent, the neck is straight, and the heavy stainless steel frets are perfectly leveled.
