Here is a fantastic piece of 1960s pawn shop cool: a Silvertone Stratotone in a classic Sunburst finish. This guitar has that great old school sound, delivering the raw, woody, and wonderfully microphonic tones that these vintage pickups are famous for. At an incredibly light 5 lbs 1 oz, this guitar is resonant and super comfortable to play.
This guitar is in Very Good condition for its age. It has just been professionally set up and plays very nicely. It shows the expected finish checking, dings, and scratches of an instrument that's been around for 60 years, all of which is purely cosmetic. To ensure reliable performance for the modern player, the pots have been changed, and the neck pickup ring spacers were also replaced. This is a solid player, ready for the stage or studio. It includes its original chipboard case.
