This 1984 Ibanez DT250-TR Destroyer is a wicked cool piece of 1980s Japanese craftsmanship. Finished in a vibrant 360 degree Transparent Red, this guitar screams vintage metal and hard rock attitude. Perhaps the most surprising feature is its weight- at 6 lbs 12 oz, it is feather-light, making it one of the most comfortable stage guitars you will ever find.
This guitar has just been professionally set up and feels great, playing fast and easy up and down the neck. It is in Very Good condition, showing honest signs of use from the last 40 years. There are a couple of dings and some buckle rash, mainly concentrated on the back bridge string cavity cover. There is also a small chip on the tip of the headstock where a bit of bare wood is exposed (see pictures for detail). Despite these cosmetic battle scars, it remains structurally sound and ready to rock. It comes with its original rectangular hardshell case, which features a beautiful plush interior.
