The Gibson Les Paul BFG (Barely Finished Guitar) is a raw, stripped-down rock machine that prioritizes pure tone and performance over flashy aesthetics. This specific model features the sought-after dual P90 pickup configuration, delivering the gritty, mid-forward growl and touch-sensitive dynamics that have made Gibson’s single-coils legendary. With its unique "distressed" CNC-textured maple top over a mahogany body, the BFG has an aggressive, industrial look that stands out in any collection.
This particular BFG is a standout player, weighing in at an incredibly light 6.9 lbs. It is exceptionally resonant and comfortable for long sets, offering a "shred-ready" feel with its fast, rounded neck profile. The guitar has been tastefully modified with clear electronics covers on the back, allowing a view into the cavity (a classic black cover is included in the case if you prefer the original look).
In excellent condition, this guitar shows only very minor signs of play. The Worn Ebony finish is well-preserved, and the frets have plenty of life left. All electronics, including the unique 3-way toggle located near the bridge and the kill-switch located where the selector usually sits, function perfectly. It comes protected in its original Gibson hardshell case, which is also in excellent shape.
