Epiphone 2021 Les Paul Standard '50s, Tobacco Burst, Hardshell Case - Used - Excellent
The 2021 Epiphone Les Paul Standard '50s is the guitar that made a lot of longtime players pay serious attention to the Epiphone line for the first time. Gibson gave Epiphone a genuine upgrade in this generation — CTS electronics throughout, Grover Rotomatic 18:1 tuners, LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece, and ProBucker pickups with Alnico II magnets voiced specifically for vintage PAF character rather than modern output. Push/pull coil-splitting on both tone controls adds single-coil tones to the full humbucking voice, which broadens the range considerably. The rounded C neck profile of the '50s version is fuller in the hand than the slim '60s — more Les Paul authority, the kind of grip that feels substantial and confident — and the mahogany body with maple cap delivers that classic combination of warmth, sustain, and midrange presence that has defined the Les Paul sound since 1952.
This one absolutely shreds. Set up by our shop and playing exactly as it should. The Tobacco Burst over the flame maple veneer top looks sharp. Excellent condition — very clean throughout with nothing significant to report. Comes with the original hardshell case.
