Since 1958 the ES-335 has been Gibson's answer to players who wanted hollowbody warmth without the feedback, thanks to a solid maple center block running through a thinline semi-hollow body. That design made it a staple across blues, jazz, rock and everything in between. Today's ES-335 sticks close to the classic recipe, with a laminated maple/poplar/maple body, a mahogany neck with a rounded C profile, and a pair of Calibrated T-Type humbuckers wired by hand with orange drop capacitors. The Vintage Ebony gloss finish gives it a sharp, timeless look.

This one is in excellent condition and plays great. It is quite new looking overall, with some light pick scratching and swirling of the kind that shows easily on a black finish. It is all original with no mods. At 7 lbs 15 oz it is comfortable for long sets. The original Gibson hardshell case is in mint condition and includes all of the original case candy.
