This 2021 Yamaha RSE20L Revstar Element is a fantastic option for the left-handed player looking for a guitar with distinct style and modern versatility. Inspired by vintage café racer motorcycles, the Revstar features a chambered mahogany body for a resonant, lightweight feel and a comfortable neck profile that plays effortlessly. The custom-wound Alnico V humbuckers deliver a powerful, punchy sound, while the push/pull "Dry Switch" high-pass filter adds glassiness and clarity without the hum of a traditional coil split.
In terms of playability and structural integrity, this guitar is in great shape and ready to perform. Cosmetically, it is in Very Good condition. If you've ever owned a shiny new black car, you'll understand how difficult it is to keep them pristine; as such, this guitar shows pick scratches, swirl marks, and buckle rash—the vast majority of which are only visible at the right angle and under bright lights. There is one mar on the center of the top near the strap button where a couple of dings appear to have been touched up with a black marker (see photos). At 7.65 lbs, it balances perfectly.
