This Godin SD-22 is a fantastic, versatile workhorse that offers North American craftsmanship for not a lot of bucks. Known as a "sportscar" for guitarists, the SD-22 combines the snap and definition of a rock maple neck with the easy playability of a shorter 24.75" scale length. This makes string bending effortless and provides a warmer, punchier low-end response.

This guitar is in Very Good condition. It is overall very nice, showing just some mild play wear consistent with its age, and there is loads of life left on the frets. Please note, this guitar does come with tremolo arm included. The date of manufacture is unclear as there is no sign of a serial number, but it is likely from the early 2000s or the brief reissue period of 2009-2010. No matter the year, it delivers great versatility thanks to its HSS configuration—featuring two Godin single-coils for throaty bite and a bridge humbucker for solid growl. At 7 lbs 12 oz, it’s a solid, comfortable player. It includes a gig bag.
