Foxxe by Barrington Guitar Werks Telecaster w/ Hardshell Case - Used
This is a rare and unique Foxxe Telecaster, produced by the short-lived but highly regarded Barrington Guitar Werks in the late 1980s. Barrington instruments were known for their high-quality Japanese manufacturing (often sourced from the famed Terada or Fujigen factories) and their forward-thinking "hot-rodded" specs. Finished in a classic White, this T-style guitar offers a distinct alternative to standard production models from the same era.
This Foxxe is a true sleeper, featuring a versatile "SH" pickup configuration that makes it a powerhouse for rock, blues, and session work. It is equipped with a smooth, high-output humbucker in the neck position for thick, creamy leads and jazzier tones, paired with a high-performance white "blade" style single-coil in the bridge for noiseless bite and modern clarity.
The guitar is in good used condition, showing honest signs of play wear across the body and neck consistent with its age. It has been professionally set up in our shop and is playing beautifully with a comfortable, fast neck profile. Weighing in at 7 lbs 15 oz, it has a solid, resonant feel and excellent sustain. This package includes a hardshell case to ensure this unique piece of 80s guitar history stays protected.
