This 2004 Fender Standard Stratocaster is a classic workhorse from the Ensenada factory in Mexico and a shop favorite. Known for their durability and authentic Fender tone, the 2004 models are part of the long-running Standard Series that set the bar for quality mid-range instruments. This one features a timeless all-black finish paired with a rosewood fingerboard, offering a sleek, professional look.
The guitar is a really sweet player and has been maintained in very good shape. While there is some light scratching on the finish and minor wear consistent with its age, it shows no fret wear and is structurally solid. We have just performed a professional setup in our shop, ensuring the action is low and the intonation is spot-on. At 7 lbs 12 oz, it is a well-balanced weight that is comfortable for long sessions.
Equipped with the original ceramic single-coil pickups, this Strat delivers the clear, punchy quack and chime that players expect from a 3-pickup Fender. The modern C-shape neck profile and 9.5-inch radius fingerboard provide a comfortable, contemporary feel. It includes a molded hardshell case for maximum protection.
