Fender Limited Edition George Harrison Signature Telecaster - Rosewood - Used
The George Harrison Signature Telecaster is a masterful tribute to the iconic instrument Harrison played during the "Let It Be" sessions and the legendary Apple Corps rooftop performance. Crafted with a weight-relieved chambered rosewood body, this guitar captures the unique resonance and sustain of the original 1968 model while remaining comfortable for modern play. The satin-finished rosewood neck features a 9.5-inch radius laminate rosewood fingerboard, providing a smooth, fast feel that is a joy to play.
This particular guitar is in excellent condition and has clearly been well-preserved. In fact, the original protective plastic is still on the pickguard, and the instrument shows minimal signs of use. It has just been professionally set up in our shop and is playing beautifully with low, clean action. The pair of American Vintage '64 Gray-Bottom single-coil Telecaster pickups deliver the classic, articulate bite and warmth that defined the late-60s Fender sound.
Cosmetically, the guitar and its original hardshell case are in fantastic shape. The finish shows a bit of grayness in some areas, which is a common and normal characteristic of these rosewood instruments as the wood interacts with the satin finish over time. This guitar includes the original hardshell case, the desirable "ashtray" bridge cover, and the factory case candy. This is an incredible opportunity to own a limited-production signature model that looks and plays as if it just left the showroom floor.
