The VX5 is HeadRush's compact stage vocal processor built around genuine Antares Auto-Tune technology — the same pitch correction algorithm behind countless hit records, now in a pedalboard-friendly package. Dedicated Retune Speed and Humanize knobs let you dial in anything from transparent correction to the hard-tuned effect without menus or a computer. Beyond pitch, the VX5 adds an intelligent harmonizer that generates vocal harmonies from chords detected via a connected guitar or keyboard, plus studio-quality reverb, delay, chorus, and flavor effects. A color display and two footswitches handle preset navigation on the fly. The XLR mic preamp supports switchable +48V phantom power, and the XLR line output includes a ground lift switch for clean integration into any live rig. USB-MIDI handles automation and preset changes from a playback rig. A serious amount of vocal processing in a compact, road-ready chassis.
This unit is in very good condition and fully functional throughout.
