Here's a vintage Melha Highlanders Shriners marching bass drum in decent playing condition. This cool drum was made in England by Premier and could be restored to full working order with some minor TLC. It's in good shape overall with no serious structural issues and is a unique vintage piece to say the least. Originally belonged to the Melha Shriners group from Springfield, Massachusetts.
