The Chauvet DJ Obey 10 is a compact, rack-mountable DMX lighting controller built for DJs, small venues, and mobile rigs that need hands-on control without bringing a full computer-based system to the gig. It handles up to 8 fixtures with up to 16 channels each across 128 total channels of DMX control, and can store 6 sets of chases with up to 999 steps each, with the flexibility to reverse sliders and reassign channels to match your workflow. Fixtures can be grabbed on the fly and set to automatic or sound-activated mode, making it a practical, easy-to-learn option for anyone stepping into intelligent lighting control.
This unit comes into the shop previously owned and shows light cosmetic wear consistent with light use. Functionally it's in great shape — the faders are smooth, and every slider and button works as it should. The one thing worth flagging is a dead pixel on the LED display, which doesn't affect operation but is worth knowing about going in. No power supply, manual, or cables are included; this unit runs on a standard 12V center-positive power supply, which is easy to source separately.
