Not much is known about the surgery that took place with this, but we can tell you it’s a Fender Silverface Twin Reverb’s HEAD only, (We do have matching cabinets for this unit in stock)! With 4 6L6GCs, 2 12AT7s, 2 12AX7As and 3 7025 tubes to power your head, this Fender Twin head packs a punch; the minimum loads of the speaker outputs on the back are 4 Ohms each (8 Ohms total) and there is a power pass-through on the back panel too! Overall, the head is in good condition with some rips and scuffs along the tolex; the front grille cloth is in great condition, and the playability of this matched with the right cabinet is amazing!!
