Roland DAC-15 - Used
Roland's DAC-15 is a Japanese-made solid-state combo from the late '80s, part of Roland's DAC series that built a quiet reputation for punching well above its size and price point. This earlier variant sports the distinctive orange knobs that set it apart from the later DAC-15D, and keeps things straightforward: separate Gain and Volume controls, a Master Volume, a Presence knob for extra bite on leads, and a Clipper switch that toggles between clean and overdriven tones. Fifteen watts through a single 8" speaker, made in Japan with the kind of build quality Roland was known for during this era.
All knobs and controls are fully functional, and the amp shows an appropriate amount of wear for regular use — nothing out of the ordinary for a piece of this age. Per the seller, this one is a great pick for practicing, with the kind of focused, usable tone that makes it easy to sit down and play.
