Yamaha A1M Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar - Used
The Yamaha A1M is part of the A-Series line, specifically designed to be a reliable workhorse for both the stage and the studio. It features a solid Sitka spruce top and mahogany back and sides, offering a classic dreadnought punch with a bright, clear top end. The original SRT (Studio Response Technology) piezo pickup system is a standout feature, providing a natural, plugged-in tone that avoids the thin or quacky sound often found in entry-level acoustic-electric guitars.
This instrument is in very good shape and has been professionally set up in our shop to play nice and easy. While it shows some general signs of wear consistent with regular use, it is remarkably clean with no significant dings, chips, or deep scratches. There is some minor fret wear, but it does not affect the playability or cause any buzzing. It is a fantastic value for a player who needs a professional-feeling acoustic with a solid top without a massive investment.
With its hand-rolled fingerboard edges and a tapered neck profile, the A1M is famously comfortable to play for long periods. Whether you are strumming at a local open mic or recording tracks in a home studio, this Yamaha delivers consistent performance and a balanced acoustic voice.
