Taylor 312ce-N, Natural, Nylon String Acoustic-Electric, Hardshell Case - Used - Excellent
The Taylor 312ce-N was designed to answer a specific question that steel-string players have been asking for years: what if a nylon string guitar was built to feel like a Taylor? Not a traditional classical — no flat fingerboard, no 2" nut, no headstock that requires a rethink of every technique you have developed. The 312ce-N has a radiused ebony fingerboard, a 1 7/8" nut width that sits between classical and steel-string, a Venetian cutaway, and Taylor's ES-N electronics. It is a nylon string guitar built for players who were not raised on nylon string guitars, and it removes every barrier to entry without compromising the voice that makes nylon strings worth playing in the first place.
That voice is warm, round, and inherently musical — the spruce and sapele combination gives it a punchy midrange and clear highs that the Grand Concert body focuses and projects beautifully. Beautiful and easy to play, exactly as advertised — the kind of instrument that makes you reach for it constantly because it rewards the gesture every time. At 3 lbs 14 oz it is featherweight on a strap or in the lap, and the set up with nice low action makes it one of the most immediately comfortable guitars we have had through the shop. The ES-N electronics capture the acoustic tone faithfully and naturally when you need to plug in.
This guitar has been inspected by our Taylor-certified technicians and is playing exactly as it should. Condition is Excellent with no signs of cosmetic use worth noting — clean throughout. Comes with the Taylor deluxe hardshell case.
