The Bourgeois Touchstone Series is the result of a groundbreaking collaboration between master luthier Dana Bourgeois and the skilled craftsmen at Eastman. Every Touchstone top is select, old-growth Alaskan Sitka Spruce that has been individually hand-voiced and braced with Adirondack Spruce in the Bourgeois workshop in Lewiston, Maine. This ensures that the instrument possesses the legendary clarity, balance, and complex tonal character that Bourgeois guitars are world-renowned for.
This particular OM Vintage/TS was originally sold new at our shop and has recently been traded back in by the original owner. It has been gently played and remains in nearly new condition. The combination of the hand-voiced Alaskan Spruce top and solid Indian Rosewood back and sides delivers a sophisticated voice that excels in both intricate fingerstyle and flatpicking.
We have just re-strung and performed a full professional setup in our shop, ensuring it plays perfectly with a comfortable action. This is an excellent opportunity to own a boutique-voiced instrument in nearly new shape at a significant savings. It ships in its original deluxe hardshell case.
