Eastman E1D Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar – Natural Satin – Mint
Eastman began as a violin workshop in Beijing in 1992, and the same commitment to hand craftsmanship that defined their orchestral work carried directly into their guitars. Every Eastman acoustic is built by trained luthiers — not on an assembly line — which is why they consistently punch well above their price point and why players who know the brand seek them out. The E1D is the entry point in their Traditional dreadnought lineup, and it's a genuinely impressive instrument. All-solid construction throughout — solid Sitka spruce top over solid sapele back and sides — gives it a resonance and dynamic range that laminate guitars simply can't match, with a big, open dreadnought voice that has plenty of bass, warmth, and projection whether you're fingerpicking or strumming hard. The hand-scalloped X bracing is the kind of detail you find on boutique instruments, and it shows in how the guitar responds across the dynamic range. The ebony fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, and Jescar fretwire are premium appointments at any price. The satin finish keeps it looking clean and traditional while letting the wood breathe. This one sounds amazing — one of those acoustics that makes you want to keep playing.
Condition is mint — nearly new in every respect, plays and looks as fresh as the day it left the shop.
