Sigma CR-7 Classical Acoustic Guitar w/ Gig Bag - Used
Mill River Music brings you a used Sigma CR-7 Classical Acoustic Guitar w/ Gig Bag!
Sigma Guitars is a brand originally released starting in the 1970s by C.F. Martin & Company; to compete with the increasing number of imported guitars from overseas (Asian countries most notably), C.F. Martin began making a line of guitars in Japan that were affordable yet great-feeling under the Martin name. In 2007, the line was discontinued by Martin, and the rights to the name were acquired by German company AMI Musical Instruments.
From the 1970s, the CR-7 was one of Sigma's earliest models, and it features a Mosaic marquetry around sound hole, laminated rosewood on the Back and sides, a carved headstock, mahogany-made, flat-oval profile neck, and finished in a Lacquer coat; what transpired was a great feeling and sounding classical guitar that fits nicely in your hand and balances well in your body. Physically, the guitar has some cosmetic signs of use - we note some dings in the top of the body, and some scratches along the sides, but nothing that takes away from this guitar's playability! The neck's finish is something to try alone, as the glossy feel makes accessing different notes and passages feel seamless!
