Newly revitalized with Next-Gen features, the 514ce delivers an exceptional playing experience at the intersection of comfort, tone and musical utility. Mahogany back and sides paired with a top of Western Red cedar serve up a focused midrange response with warm, rounded character and remarkable soft-touch sensitivity, making it an ideal choice for a broad range of playing styles. Inside, our scalloped V-Class bracing enhances volume, sustain and open-string expressiveness, combining with an Action Control Neck that generates a touch of additional low-end presence while also offering easy, quick string height adjustments. Visual details include a natural full-body gloss finish, Meridian fretboard inlays in Italian acrylic, a green abalone rosette, and a faux-tortoiseshell pickguard.
