Two new models (14ce and 24ce) offer exceptional value for budget-conscious musicians who crave the inspiring playability and balanced tone of a standard-scale Taylor guitar. Each boasts our popular cutaway Grand Auditorium body—beloved for its refined physical proportions and versatile musical personality—along with a solid-wood top and layered African sapele back and sides.
Featuring a solid mahogany top, the 24ce produces an earthy voice with pronounced midrange character.
Inside, cantilevered V-Class bracing architecture enhances the volume, sustain and intonation. A slender, heelless maple Taylor neck ensures silky-smooth playability up and down the solid ebony fingerboard. Both models showcase a clean visual aesthetic with 4mm dot inlays in Italian acrylic, a single-ring black rosette, a faux-tortoiseshell pickguard, chrome tuning machines and a matte finish. Both the 14ce and 24ce come equipped with Fishman Sonitone GT-2 acoustic electronics with a soundhole-mounted preamp that features tone and volume controls. The guitar ships in a Taylor gig bag.
