The M-7 Johnny Marr is a seven-string Martin: a standard six-string with an added octave G string for Marr's signature jangle. The M (0000) body combines the thinness of a 000 with the width of a Jumbo, and solid spruce over solid East Indian rosewood gives it rich bass and lots of shimmer.
The full-thickness standard-taper neck has a distinct, substantial feel, and LR Baggs Anthem electronics handle the stage. Antique white binding and Style 28 appointments finish it off, with a hardshell case included.
