For sale is a used condition Macrae Custom Handmade Acoustic Guitar w/ Hard Case. Devon Macrae is a talented builder from the hills of upstate New York. This is a unique, small-body build in between a parlor and OM with a unique spirit! The tonewoods are aged cherry and alaskan spruce. Fat D neck shape with little taper to the body joint. Ported side acoustic chamber for excellent clarity and projection for the player. The wood binding and inlay are a very organic, tasteful touch. Specifications:

Our tech's assessment: After letting it humidify for a month or so the guitar still has less than optimal geometry. Currently it's at electric guitar action spec, it plays pretty clean without too much buzzing but does get a bit slappy on the bass strings up high. Over time with string tension the action may be pulled up to spec but it would take sometime. It is a fine player with low shredder action for someone with a light touch. K&K pickup system with volume control that works just like it should.
